hilltop It is not unusual for individuals and businesses in the community to ask for help from the Multimedia program. In most cases, these projects are open for each student to submit concepts. The client will pick the design that best reflects the look and feel that they want to establish for their online presence. The student who designed the concept is then allowed to finish the project by actually creating the site. This is great experience, and typically earns them a few hundred dollars for their effort.

This site is arguably the best site constructed by Multimedia students. Tony Guglielmi, Jon Wilber, Jake Bowen, Kevin Matteson, and Sam Morgan worked on this site. They submitted the site into the Web Design and Development category of the Adobe School Innovation Award.

Through innovative use of Adobe® Flash®, Fireworks®, and Dreamweaver®, this group of students created a highly engaging website showing the negative influences on the world around them but focusing on what individuals can do to help invoke change.

The site they created was awarded the top national prize, earning them each a free Adobe software package of their choice. The team also won a Lenova laptop, and $1500 to split between them.
